Social intelligence and leadership by Daniel Goleman

A lot of you asked me about social intelligence. What it is and how it may impact leadership ? Daniel Goleman is one of the specialist on that specific subject and I feel you may be interested to see the following video. Next time I will give you my personal view on the subject. I should say at this stage that companies and then leaders are adapting themselves to the new market conditions: different economic and social environment, different challenges, but also different goals. But more that everything, companies are (re)discovering at last that more important than anything else is the aim, the purpose of what you do. Why your company exist ? Why people should join you ? Why your customers should stay with you ? It is becoming quite crucial (and urgent) to answer those questions. Let's learn a little more on the subject with Pr. Goleman himself.
